## FAQ
### Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. Clients open the link you send in any browser, on their phone or computer. They can comment, edit the caption and approve without signing up. You decide per link what they are allowed to do.

### How is Nodfolio different from Planable, Frame.io or Gain?
Nodfolio is built for the moment a client signs off social content: comments pinned to the exact second of a reel, caption editing by the client, email reminders, and a record of who approved which version. It starts at $19 a month with unlimited team members, and Studio gives unlimited client projects for $49.

### How do I keep track of which feedback is done?
Every comment has a Resolve button. Mark it when you've made the change and it moves out of the way, showing who resolved it. Your client sees the same list, so they know what's been handled, and anything still open stays at the top when you upload the next version. Resolved comments can be reopened.

### What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
No card is needed to start a trial. If you add a card before it ends, your plan continues. If you don't, your workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.

### Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your files, comments and approval history stay in your workspace.

### What is a client project?
A project is one client or brand: all their files, folders, review links and approvals in one place. Free includes 1 project, Solo 5, and Studio and Agency are unlimited.

### How many team members can I add?
As many as you like, on every plan. Team members and client reviewers are never charged per seat.

### What files can I send for review?
Any file: video, images, audio, PDFs and other documents. Videos and images play and preview in the browser, with the caption alongside. Big files upload in parallel and resume if your connection drops, and you can drop in a whole folder.

### What happens when storage is full?
Uploads pause and you get a clear message. You can clear old versions and the trash on the storage page, move up a plan, or add +500 GB or +1 TB to a paid plan. You are never charged overage automatically.

### Is my clients' content private?
Yes. Files are only reachable through your workspace and the links you create. Each link has its own permissions, can have a password and an end date, and you can turn it off at any time. Team-only comments stay inside your team and never appear on the client's page. You own your content and can delete it whenever you want.

### Does Nodfolio post to Instagram or TikTok?
Yes, with the auto-posting add-on on paid plans: $5 a month per client, all of that client's networks included (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Threads). Only approved files go out, at their publish date, and you see Posted or Failed on each file. Switch it on per client, then connect the accounts yourself or send the client a link to connect them; you never see their passwords. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account.

### Can I use Nodfolio with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect AI gives your assistant a secure connection (MCP) to your workspace. It can give you the summary (what needs attention, notes to fix, what goes out this week), upload drafts, read client feedback, mark comments resolved, update captions, set publish dates and create review links, with your permissions.

### How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you two months free. Prices are in US dollars.
